Terms and conditions

Both the ´Terms and Conditions regarding reservations of Hotel en Congrescentrum Papendal´ and the ´Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry´ (UVH) apply to all our reservations and transactions.

Terms and Conditions regarding reservations of Hotel en Congrescentrum Papendal:

1. Cancellations and no-shows
  • Cancellations are free of charge until 48 hours before arrival.
  • In case of no-show or cancellation 48 hours or less before arrival, a charge of one night at full price for all reserved rooms will be incurred.
2. Facilities
  • All room rates are including an extensive breakfast buffet.
  • We offer free, spacious parking.
  • Free Wireless Internet is available in public areas.
  • Cribs (baby beds) are available for children up to 2 years of age at a surcharge of € 10,- per person, per night (only one crib per room allowed).
3. Check-in and check-out
  • Check-in time is 13:00 (on Saturday 14:00). When arriving early, we are pleased to store your luggage.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 (on Saturday and Sunday 12:00).
  • Would you like to check-out late on Sunday? We offer you our Lazy Sunday package at a surcharge of only € 22,50 per person (based on availability).
  • If you are going to arrive late or very early, please inform us.
4. Pet policy
  • Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
5. Smoking
  • Smoking is prohibited. A heated outdoor smoking area is available.
6. Rates, availability and payment
  • All rates include VAT.
  • All reservations are based on availability. Despite constant attention to the quality of the availability information shown on this website, Hotel en Congrescentrum Papendal can’t guarantee this information is complete and accurate. Therefore all offers presented are without obligation and conditional on the availability being adequate.
  • Please be informed that you should pay all costs, including applicable surcharges, on arrival.
  • We accept American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard and cash.
  • All information and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
